Our refund and Cancellation Policy

7 or more days prior to event: 100% of track fee issued as TrackTactics credit for future events

0-7 days prior the event: Sorry, 0% of track fee is returned or credited.

Payment Policy

We accept the following methods of payment:
-Visa
-MasterCard
-Discover Card

TrackTactics policy is to collect payment at the time of purchase. By providing us with your credit card and/or bank account information, you authorize us to charge such credit card or bank account for the amounts stated on the products page. For all credit card orders, the billing and shipping address must be on file with your credit card company. Unfortunately, we do not accept international credit cards and gift cards because we cannot verify the billing and shipping information for those payment types.

We do not accept bank or international money orders.

We do not accept COD orders.

We do not accept personal checks.

Rain Policy

At almost all our events, TrackTactics runs rain or shine. There are no refunds or credits given unless the track is shutdown by track officials. In that case, you will receive 100% of your track fee as a credit to use for any other TrackTactics event. This credit is valid for one year.
